Posting this again, since it's appeared in other threads.
After each race, a replay is stored at ...\ReplayRec\ directory. There are 4 files you need to save, LAST.RPC, LAST.RPP, LAST.RPS, LAST.RPY. (Just copy all 4 files in that directory).
When MBWR is at the main menu, and you let it time out, it will play one of the replays from the ...\Replays\ directory, such as Replay1.RPP, ... . To view your own replays instead, rename the 4 LAST... files to Replay1... (or Replay2..., ... Replay7...) and then copy those 4 files to the ...\Replays\ directory.
You only get a default camera view, but it's better than nothing, so save your replays now, and hopefully a later version of MBWR will support more views for replays.
