Hi @ all...

Did you try the following ?

Pls go into 3rd person view...

Press "V" on your keyboard, the race pauses and the Cam gets away from the car. Now you can use the mouse to view the car from all sides even inside the car. Pushing and keep holding the left mouse button to zoom the cam in or out.

Play around with this tool to get use to it...

If you than, f.e in the city, place the cam directly on the roof of one of the bigger buildings press "R". Tha car falls down to the roof. Try to make the jumb to the next roof without destroying the car or missing the next building. Winner is who has zero damage... They call it suicide jump :D

This feature was done to do screenshots and can be used to find hidden places or just look around the sceneries.

I used this feature to show journalists how big the landscapes really are...This zooming in and out is quite impressive.

^_^ I'll have to try that! About the sceneries, tho, the views i see during the races are sometimes so stunning, that I've lost control of the car! Up high along a twisty mountain road,I caught a glimpse from the hood cam,of a beautiful valley below.I think it was Nevada, but I'm not sure;anyway,I looked at it for too long, and almost drove off the road! ^_^

Does this work in the Demo?

It does!

For even more fun, try sky-diving. The SLK tops out at 419 MPH. :D

Hi Tom! :)

Yes, that's one of the best features of MBWR hehe.
I knew of it already before I got the game at all, I found it only bad that one can't read about it in the manuals, I was seeking it when I had the game but I had to find it out by myself :nono:

Don't forget to disable it for the MP Patch.

This is a feature to create screenshots and to demonstrate the GFX power of MBWR... We did it for journalists...

I thaught it is fun to leave it in...we are all kids sometimes and want to do things we can not do in real life.. Jumping from buildings with a car is one if it :D

Its a cheat and thats why we didnt described it in the menue. Casual gamers wouldt not understand how to use the mouse to control the cam.

Physically correct suicide jumps... go into the cockpit few and you see it compares to bunjee...

Also, people have used this as a cheat to complete missions... V, locate the car with the mouse in front of the pack and release the car.

To be detected only with replays.

This is good fun, I did some buildingjumping yesterday.

One time I was going nosedown freefalling incarview and it resembled one of my favorite paintings Crali's "Sturzflug auf die Stadt"

So that is another proof, MBWR is a work of art :)

If I'm frustraded from losing a race, I can drop The World's Finest Automobile from the sky.
